Hello,

I'm the owner of a restaurant consultant agency based in France, named ÉMULSION .

We work for restaurant, bar, hotel as specialized consultant to bring them :

- consulting for new restaurant or hotel (concept, organisation, project management, fund raising, recruitment, menu, training for the chef and the restaurant manager)

- consulting for existing restaurant to help them in quality, organisation, profitability, recruitment, new menu, marketing, communication, food design

We have an existing logo for 9 years now and I want to modernize it, bring some new design, more actual. I'm opened for new colors, new shape, new design of course, our BRAND DNA is :
- dynamism, reactivity
- proximity, knowledge
- highly specialized (we work only with restaurants, sometimes with hotels and bar)
- precision, quality and experience of our team of consultant

Please look at our actual logo (or not) in attachment :)

I need our new logo in 2 or 3 weeks, in AI vector file format.

IMPORTANT : I need our logo with this baseline : "Conseil et Formation en Restauration"

ÉMULSION : the name of our company is based on this culinary word, who is the successful mix of two liquids. That's why we actually used the spiral and the bubbles to symbolize the action, the dynamism. You can use this symbols in yur design or use another one if you have a better idea.
