Create an Image Animation / backdrop that would suiting for the given song using image provided.

Task. Attached is a picture of a clown. I want to use this clown image as complete part of my song of 3 minutes. I have attached the lyrics of the song, I want the clown face to be present in the middle but with different animations & effects that best suits the pacing of the song.

Here is the lyrics sheet to better understand the theme I am looking for. (with translation).

Basically, you are creating the video towards the song I am recording to upload on video. This video you create with the effects & animations must matched the feel & timing of the song as has been provided. May there be any queries, feel free to drop a comment.

Note that as this is a softer song, I expect the video / animations to be a bit more expressive. Kindly also use characters & effects wherever you may find suiting. Also do not put any effect on the joker itself.
