We are looking for a goto person that we can give content to, and they design what's called a lead magnet.

Basically an online brochure. Usually, a PDF that is anywhere from 1 - 4 pages.

We are looking to have 2 themes.
1 masculine and 1 feminine

The winner will be getting more business to produce others in the same themes.

Once the initial themes are decided, anytime in the future, we need another lead magnet (probably 1 - 2 a week) we could just send the content.

Since the designer already knows the look and feel to use, they do their magic and send it back. Quick and easy.

The longest any of them would be is 4 pages. the normal size will be 1 page.

They will be digital only, standard page size.

For the masculine theme: Looking for sleek sexy modern theme (1-18-2019 1-30-35 AM.jpg,1-18-2019 11-53-03 AM.jpg) This type of style. Smart business.

For the feminine - look at for the style Im looking for. NOT THE COLOR. Minimal pink - would like a nice feminine blue.

What to Say When Talking To A Lead For The First Time - One cover page w/ title and image, 3 pages of content in both themes.
What to Look For in a NWM Company - One cover page, 1 page of content in both themes

Feel free to use RF images on the document, but would like to have the male image and female image attached to the appropriate theme covers.

2. Moving fwd - What would it cost to have a 1-2 pages one done using the same themes?
