HI I'm wishing to publish an e-book and when I can afford it run a few off in paperback and I need a cover design as the amazon ones are rubbish.
I need designs for an amazon ebook and a 5 x 8 inches (203 x 127mm) paperback book design with Spine Fonts and Book Titles/Author included. and all editable files sent to me. It is a book about conquering the disease known as Ankylosing SPondylitis that mostly effects the spine (a kind of spinal arthritis where you end up a bit of a hunchback (design idea maybe?)) I am open to designs that reflect the disease but it is not necessary for example this is an idea of a design I like http://amzn.to/1c4Phh6. I also like the idea of showing the evolution of a man with Ankylosing Spondylitis as a stick man gradually becoming a hunchback then getting better standing straight again.

I am open to all ideas
