Yasser A.

As a coder, Yasser is VERY good. He not only did what I needed, he made very useful suggestions for modifications. He is persistent and works very hard to get everything done correctly. He is responsive to requests for information and he gave me updates on the code progress regularly. The one area that kept me from giving Yasser a 10 on this is in his ability to understand/follow detailed specifications. English is not his native language and he had some difficulty in understanding my specifications even after I REPEATEDLY explained exactly what needed to be done. Once he understands something, he is very able to do it, so this is not a huge problem, but it did cause me some frustration on this project.
