Responsible for gathering the requirements, planning, scheduling, tracking and managing the risks with adequate mitigation plans. Responsible for preparing the WBS, delegating tasks to team members, and execute the project with high quality deliverables. Implementing Quality process (RIGHTLINE methodology - internal to the organization) in project as set by the Organization to meet successful completion of the project within stipulated timeframe, budget and participate in both internal audits and external audits that are conducted periodically. Resolving any issues while delivering quality product to the Client and escalating when necessary to the higher management well in advance so as to minimize the Risk. Responsible for preparing weekly status reports and communicate to key stakeholders.
