I am adept at building rapport and relationship; I always go beyond expectation and make it my focus to complete tasks ahead of schedule, leaving me the freedom to leverage my extra time to focus on the fine details, clean - up, accurate production and meeting the needs of the employer.
My experience in marketing - engaging the public and speaking one-on-one about products and services - honed communication skills effectively; in the administrative role, I performed all the usual roles of an assistant to include creating documents (interoffice memos, external documents and assigned projects) and templates upon request.
As per your request, I am able to accurately type letters, documents, books, manuscripts and the like into Microsoft Word, enter information (lists) into Microsoft Excel, create grammatically correct - proper usage and punctuation - letters, memos, and documents.
I avail myself for cooperative project editing and/or correction, keeping you, "employer", abreast of project progression, can read and answer your email daily, edit and retype documents to assure clarity, and assist you in managing your time by leading research necessary to complete your projects; concurrently, I am able to research and book your travel, make reservations for events and the like.
