DO NOT GIVE HIM PROJECTS UNTIL YOU ENSURE THE QUALITY OF THE PROJECT, TIME OF COMPLETION & BUDGET. He is completely immature & Unprofessional. I told clearly about my requirement and he came with a bid to complete it within 2 days + with 1200 (INR) Budget. But, he can't complete it on time and started saying he needs more time & money(around 10k) just for converting an HTML file to pdf. He showed a demo with a poorly designed application which is totally different from what I have requested & forced me to release the amount immediately. I thought of moving to arbitration and raised complaint slowly he started to behave properly on the 3rd day I released 1200 INR because he started forcing me too much. Till now I have not received the application even for testing he will show only the demo & demands more money saying it took a lot of effort so, pay me an extra 8000 INR. He is not clear with the requirement and not capable to handle even mini-projects. Just for the demo, I end up paying 1200 INR which is the actual cost of this project. I'm running a small company & also a python developer. I've developed the same application & shared him over chat within a day. This shows for a simple project how many days he is taking & wasting our time & money. Last time a developer completed her work on time and she made extra changes too. So as an employer I'm happy with her project & I paid her a bonus amount for her good work.
