From an early age my interests were wide and diverse a trait which has resulted in a comprehensive CV that includes everything from working as an artist manager to being an assistant at the National Trust. Diverse my CV may be but at each career milestone my aptitude for social media marketing made this element central to the job. With the importance of social media in marketing increasing I saw the need for a specialist company that could provide an affordable, comprehensive, high quality service to arts, heritage, and local businesses. Pairing this with my entrepreneurial streak and desire to test the limits of my capabilities, characteristics which have lead me through playing office at primary school to managing bands, made the opportunity to set up Northern Sky irresistible. Since I was born in Whitby, brought up on the wild but stunning North Yorkshire Moors, and gained a Bachelor of the Arts from York University it was only too clear that I would base Northern Sky in this region. With our first client on board before I had even thought of a name, Northern Sky set about following its three core aims - creating long lasting loyal customer relationships, building on promotional partnerships, and staying ahead of changes to social media platforms. Our adaptable services are utilised by a diverse range of clients including Beverley Folk Festival, Alpha Dental Studio, and Vitality Complete Dental Care.
