My objective as a Corporate Lawyer is to manage the clients companies legal affairs. I have a wide experience in contract drafting, negotiations, consultancy and corporate compliance. I have a vast experience in regulatory and recovery transactions and very familiar with partnership, trusts and regulatory laws. I am proficient in Pakistani and UK law and can advice on UK, US, Canada and EU law as well as i have provided legal consultancy to numerous international startups emanating from these jurisdiction. Furthermore, i have extensively worked in the area of Intellectual Property Law and in fact have advised IPO Pakistan on regulatory framework structuring. I am also versed with Intellectual Property laws of UK and US and have worked to get intellectual property registered in these territories. Last but not the least, I an expert in legally structuring startups and handling their legal requirements and have been working with 6 different incubation centers as a legal mentor and counsel.
