Are you an entrepreneur? If so, you understand the value of first mover advantage. Luis is just starting out, and his pricing shows, but his product is pure top 1% freelancer (and I have worked with a few). The best thing I can tell you about Luis is he is the best value on Freelancer that you will find. Period. I brought to him a project that was quite menial but he approached it with a great attitude. He took my job because he needs to build a reputation, that's how Freelancer works. Please give him a job to challenge his brain. I promise from my talks with him he has a good one! Also, he has a very strong command of English. I had some of the best interactions with him of any non-native English speaking freelancer ever. I hope that I have more technical tasks come along just so I can see more of what Luis can do! I was a programmer once. If you have work with c++, unreal engine, or unity c#... GIVE HIM A CHANCE!
