Currently I am a freelancer from home looking for more work. Prior to this I worked as a reservationist for Consolidated Resorts in Las Vegas. My job description includes customer service by phone, data entry; both ten key and typing, scheduling vacation packages, filling customer forms with name, addresses, phone numbers, room preferences, email addresses and other information that may be pertinant to their vacation.
I'm proficient in word, excel, powerpoint, publisher, outlook, adobe reader, excel/word viewer, windows calendar, windows contacts, windows defender, windows dvd maker, windows media center, windows media player, windows media meeting space, windows media movie maker, windows media photo gallery, quicktime, and itunes.
I own a laptop computer with Windows Vista Home Premium, with a dvd/cd/cdrw player, speaker, microphone, and wireless cable connection. I also own a desktop computer with Windows XP Home Premium addition, with speakers, microphone, cd/cdrw, and wireless cable connection. I am a hard worker, fast learner, motivated, self starter, and have a strong work ethic.
Skills: I am efficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Binder, Publisher, Calendar, Data Base, Reader, Outlook, and Outlook Express. Any other variations of these programs I can use and navigate through. I am also efficient in multi media software and I have an understanding of html and web design. I also use Quicken and know Microsoft Money. I can use any media player and have access to them. I can type 60+ words per minute and no less than 100 key strokes per minute at last check. I can troubleshoot through any program, the computer, or browser. I am comfortable with online access, logging in and out of programs, and web sites. I am a fast learner and hard worker, who is very organized and have strong skills in time management. I am self motivated and have no problem working independently.
