I'm a Customer Service and Technical Support Specialist with more than 5 years of experience in various BPO companies and online service providers. My usual tasks includes data entry or encoding, handling email, live chat or calls and do advanced PC/network troubleshooting for technical concerns. One of the reasons why I like doing customer support is that I want to help others and at the same time, deliver satisfaction to both my employers and customers.
