He had some personal issues during our project, which caused some delays and some lack of communication, however that aside he is a good communicator, follows instructions well, easily able to understand the tasks given to him.

The Freelancer asks for advance money everytime, outside freelancer, by paypal. everytime saying that he needs to do work alongwith someone. After receiving money, he do not respond. my seo projects were not even touched since 2 months, after i payed him advance. Please be aware of this freelancer, do not pay him outside milestones, if u pay by milestones, make sure u release it after a part of work done. i lost more than 300USD in terms of money and the projects which were assigned to him.
