I cannot really assess their coding ability.. after 3 days this person was still unable to open the project in unity properly.. it gave an error, I'm not sure if that is the users fault, mine, unity's fault... It is worth noting that after the first day, I was told most of the work had been completing but suddenly it deleted itself... And then there was a long 2 days of struggling to open the project.. Communication was very limited throughout the few days, it was hours between contact so I think this person might have taken on too many tasks and was just too busy to actually do everything and made excuses. I'm not sure what to make of this. I'm very disappointed.
