* Developed a comprehensive web based front-end for a mortgage lead wholesale shop to allow customers to log online and batch out various types of leads for their brokers using Cold fusion, Visual Basic 6, Java-script as the primary development tools. This took away the manual process and completely automates it. It integrates with SQL Server as the back-end database. Also integrated via OLE to allow end customers to download their leads via Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, or Text format in any header format that they choose. Worked extensively with the customer on this
* Developed several comprehensive lead processing programs to automatically upload leads to a SQL Server which is then automatically downloaded by the user web front end. Original program was for manual use and was adjusted to work online.
