He is a scam. After easy stuffs done and insisting for me to release the milestones, he simply quit without offering any reason. It turned out that he also has doctored his dispute evidence so that it looked like jobs' complete. His ploy is to sample your project and insist that he's done it and other tasks will be charged at hourly rate. He lost the dispute, but I wasted so much time fighting his evidence. Worse, there is no remorse for sabotaging this project. Think again before hiring him.
