• Responsible for coordination and organize all the training at the BMW plant, logistics, contact with suppliers, strategic planning of the pieces of training for the maximum benefit for operatives and administrative associates. • The principal point of contact for all associates and managers, deliver dedicated HR leadership to each assigned group. • Lead complex and difficult HR projects cross-functionally with deep knowledge of the internal clients, key employees, and business processes. • Supporting the logistics departments including daily tasks such as: Providing direct administrative assistance, preparing and managing agendas, coordinating travel arrangements. • Responsible for the monthly report, forecast, and budget (basic) with complex connectivity with a specific department inside BMW. • Coordinate all Language courses for BMW employees.
