Working with Somdeb's team was terrible. The worst experience we have ever gone through. Avoid at all cost to work with this company because: 1) They signed a contract with us where all milestones were described but from middle to end, for them the contract was not valid in their own country. We decided to work based on the assumption that they will respect and fulfill this agreement which they signed. Their decision of "rip in pieces" the signed agreement was shocking for us; 2) Communication was very difficult to maintain with them: if we ask about updates they were always saying we were pressing. If we didn't ask for updates they wouldn't do anything. This means that what they intended was to delay, and delay; 3) Be alert! They create more issues after they delivered the project than the ones the project had before they started! The project had five Milestones for fixing issues! They got the money from four of those five Milestones. We really recommend all employers not to work with Somdeb team. We know that we will never, never, request anything to them. The worst, we have ever work with. Not professional, not polite (they called us, the competecomigo manager, "disturbed persons"), not responsible, they don't the feeling to know what is a company, they don't know what is a project and will request your money even if Milestone is not successfully accomplished but because they spent some time working on that Milestone. In two words, THE WORST.
