I have been with Customer Service for 4 years now. I have worked as a Live Chat Technical Support for 3 years in one of the biggest cable company in the U.S I have also worked as a Customer Support agent for a financial account. I have also worked as part of volume recruitment in one of the BPO company here in the Philippines. In addition to my working experience, I have excellent communication skills with good inter-relationship skill.
