Can work both in English & Metric units. Have carried out lot of project with US clients on plant layout, platework jobs, gates & valves & structural detail engineering works. Expert in Autocad & Solidworks sheet metal. Expert in designing and developing fabrication drawings for process duct, stacks and storage bins & tanks, platforms and ladders. Expert in preparing P&ID, Pressure vessels, piping layout, pipe spool, supports, piping MTO and stress analysis. Structural Analysis using STAAD PRO for steel design and preparing shop drawings for steel bulidings, sizing of anchor bolts (hilti anchors), designing fastener size to withstand shear and tensile stress, sizing lifting lugs. Have good knowledge in preparing electrical SLD, equipment, cable tray, lighting, earthing and lightning layout for industrial projects
