Hey there! My name is Reina I’ve worked in customer service for about 15 years now, I’ve done it all; from cashier to training customer service for a living. Part of my current job is to take on projects that require me to teach classes and also create all kinds of training materials, this includes writing, researching and formatting, this I enjoy very much. Another passion of mine to do inspirational writing, this is something that runs deep with me. I am also bilingual! English-Spanish, I’m fluent in both languages, I was born in El Salvador and moved to the US when I was 18. I’m very familiar with the South American and Caribbean lingo. In the past 7 years I’ve been exposed to Caribbean countries/territories, due to my current job, this has given me a very good understanding of their Comunication style. For years I’ve recorded the main IVR for the corporation I currently work for (in Spanish). I also have a certificate in Religious Arts and a Certificate in Theology. I am new around here, but I have a lot of experience and I’m ready to start branching out on my own.
