System Development Procedures is as follows: 1. Client provides us with specifications. 2. We submit a specifications document freezing down on the functionality, design and navigation of the project. 3. The wire frame of the entire project is developed interactively with the client and dummy content is used in place where functionality is to be hard coded. The entire flow and the functionality requirement of the client are mapped in this way. 4. The project goes for development and follows the agreed time lines. 5. Status review meeting and demos is done concurrently during the development of the project. 6. Beta testing is done both at client and our end before going live with the application.
