This paper serves to demonstrate fully inkjet printer photodetector fabrication by depositing a perovskite CH3NH3PbClx-3I3 layer between two electrodes as Graphene/ Perovskite/Graphene (GPG) heterostructure on the visible light region. By systematic and selective but continuous addictive fabrication process of inject printing, a fabrication technology by Graphene/ Perovskite/Graphene MSM configuration; lateral-structured photodetectors was found effective for visible photodetectors which was meant balance the uniformity and low defects to obtain responsivity of 1.2A/W at a light power density of 0.1 mow/cm2.The development of perovskite based ink jets printing will pave way to rapid researc
