Update UI For Existing Xamarin App

Hello,
I have a Xamarin app that I would like to change the UI for. I am going to be using Syncfusion to do so.
I also want to add 2 new pages (About and Contact Us), and one new feature to send an email to someone to approve or deny and save that in the database. I have the code for this as well.
I want to keep the same flow of the app, I just want to update the look and feel of it. I also have an API that loads the data so I would like to load that in the beginning to help the app go faster.
The App is really simple, it does the following:
- login/signup
- displays files from the database
- displays maps and lets users click on them to view the location
- Fill out a form and send to the database, show confirmation that it was successful or not
I also have a requirements document that tried to layout the app to help you understand what I need. Please bid what you require to do this task, putting a low bid and asking for way more when we talk will not be accepted.
You must also use syncfusion because that is what my mockup is based on.
