Style Shopify header and footer so it looks identical to the header and footer in my wordpress website

I have a wordpress site ([login to view URL] and a shopify website [login to view URL]) and I want to have the header and footer of my shopify store to look identical to the header and footer in my wordpress store.
As my Wordpress website is responsive and behaves in a particular way on smartphones, I want these styles and behaviors to be copied across to my shopify aswell. This includes everything in the header, including the style of the logo, menu system, position of the social media icons and the "Join our Email list" button.
Ideally I would like shopify to automatically grab the code for my header and footer from my wordpress site and use it for my shopify so that I would only need to edit the menu system via wordpress. If that is not possible, I guess the header and footer could be emulated for shopify to make it look like you are on the same website.
I also have a menu on my wordpress website that stays in a fixed position as you scroll down the page on desktop and smartphone. This feature will need to be integrated into the Shopify design as well.
The only differences between the site header on the desktop version, should be the bar with the Login, Cart and search bar at the top of the shopify will need to be included on the shopify page. Note that the bar also has a currency switcher and the text "Australian customers: GST will be added at checkout". The only difference with the footer on desktop will be the line "Powered by Shopify" and the payment icons on shopify.
The only differences between the sites on the smartphone version is the inclusion of the text "Australian customers: GST will be added at checkout". at the bottom of the header, and the fixed menu bar should include the currency switcher and shopping [login to view URL] only difference with the footer on smartphone will be the line "Powered by Shopify" and the payment icons on shopify.
