Required Skills: Experience with executing growth marketing / growth hacking campaigns for digital products - especially websites and Apps. Experience with the following platforms: ● Wordpress ● A landing page tool such as LeadPages ● MailChimp ● Facebook Advertising ● Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Adwords ● Twitter Advertising Strategy: ● Advise on the best way to set up campaigns and reporting. ● Advise on keywords, targeting, and copy/content to use. Analytics and reporting: ● Instrument Google Tag Manager / Analytics on Wordpress websites for goal and conversion tracking ● Set up report views / reporting for key metrics on Google Analytics ● Provide summary reports for key campaign metrics Landing pages and signup forms: ● Create landing pages on Wordpress for paid and social campaigns working with the clients. ● Should be able to put together effective landing pages using provided content a tool like LeadPages on Wordpress Instrument Wordpress pages for action based analytics (email signup forms, purchase buttons etc) and goal conversion. Email campaigns: ● Set up and execute email newsletter campaigns in MailChimp ● Instrument landing pages for email campaign tracking ● Email list segmentation and management. Paid advertising campaigns: Manage advertising placement, targeting and reporting with: ● Google AdWords ● Facebook Advertising ● Twitter Advertising Budget and cost allocation management: ● Looking for someone with the ability to help achieve good high ROI with often limited budgets ● Able to work with clients to determine campaign budgets and best use of funds Desirable skills ● Experience with marketing the following would be ideal: ebooks / books ● Webinars / online courses ● Online subscription-based education products ● Adult-themed or adult education marketing experience Candidates should be comfortable with: ● Diversity-friendly and pro-feminist company missions, and working with adult and adult-themed content.
