Customise WP rental wordpress theme

Dear All, At the moment I am looking for a partner, who can provide me a customised wp rental for a niche place in Turkey. My project will start by the end of this year. I have few requirements for the homepage, which I would like to share with you. The requirements are the following; - needs to be a wordpress homepage - a modern attractive design - multilingual homepage - Very strong SEO possibilities although it's multilingual - an easy registration possibility for room renters / vendors - I need to be able to approve or disapprove the vendor if his rooms doesn't conform my standards - After approval the renter needs to be able to manage his payments and room capabilities independently - I need to be able to add individually my commission to each room from my vendors - the customer with Turkish IP addresses needs to pay less commission, so I need to be able to set different commissions for people in Turkey and for people outside of Turkey - different payment gateways are required (but be aware paypal and stripe doesn't work in Turkey - maybe payU only for people in Turkey) - different currrencies based on the place where the customer is (most probably with the IP address again) - The customers need to be able to give ratings to our vendors / renters 1.
