If your printer works fine outside the cloud but is not redirected to your cloud session, I could configure easily your Remote Desktop Protocol so it can redirect the printer to the cloud session. I'll just need a teamviewer access to your local computer and I should be able to fix everything in a few minutes. This would be my first job here !
