- WAN and firewall integration
- Server hardware, storage, and security
- Windows, Linux, and Unix operating environments
- Windows Server 2003 (32 and 64bit)
- Strong Active Directory knowledge (with policy and scripting experience)
- Exchange 2003 / 2007 in a mixed mode environment
- Desktop operating systems
- Data replication methods
