I'm in Auckland, New Zealand, and can probably get the project done in a few days once you clarify its requirements. I’ve obtained an MCSD (Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer) App Builder certificate by passing 3 exams, and have passed an additional fourth Microsoft exam (Exam 70-483: Programming in C#). The certificate attests knowledge equivalent to many years of professional experience on the topics of C#, ASP.NET (including ASP.NET Core), HTML5 Web design (including CSS, JavaScript, mobile development, and animation), Azure, and Web APIs/services etc.
