Wordpress Theme Design

I need a new theme for my wordpress site that deals with hypnosis and self-help. This theme needs to include a well-designed graphic that looks very neat and has to do with hypnosis, i.e. a spiral, a pocketwatch or something like that. The top banner needs to look sharp and professional. The theme needs to have sidebar widgets, and I also need it to be compatable with some plugins, i.e.: More posts like this one Add this to digg/[login to view URL] et cetera I will also give you some adsense tags that you will need to insert into the template so that adsense appears between the first and second post on a given page and between the title of the first post on a page and the text of that post. This is a very simple job, but my last freelancer disappeared on me. Once I acccept your bid I will immediately put the money into escrow. Please give me links to examples of sites that you have done in the past, preferably running on wordpress.
