Sorry for delete my last project, because I found the last project definition have a problem. so I decide send new project. Web API for calling or chatting or message services as mobile app. the language for programming is not important: C, PHP, Python, ... Request for Proposal (RFP): Dear Sir/Madam I need a web based (and PC Windows) script for bulk (mass) advertising messages to bulk mobile phone contact list via follow messenger mobile application or chat services. The software (script) can run is PC windows too and having locking for copy right. Script must be deliver to me in open source with very good comments and documentation for trace or changing in future. Freelancer must expert in Web API for chat, message and calling service. Also need to study and research API for web (or PC) programming: Whatsapp, Telegram, Viber, Wechat, QQ, Line, Tango, imo, Hangouts, Facebook messenger, Beetalk, Skype, Linkedin The process of sending bulk messages is as follow: 1- LOGIN: • Admin login (admin access to all database and archives of clients) • Each clients, login to his panel 2- CONTACT LIST: Contact list are 2 types: • Bulk raw database contact list saved by admin (default) or upload files with client or generate in range (select country and specify the start and stop in generation range). Client Upload his bulk mobile number files (TXT or EXCEL) as contact list (each file include 100000 phone numbers). • Saved filtered contact list generated in FILTERED PROCESS (4) by admin or client Client’s database are private and not show for other clients 3- SENDING SERVICES: Select the method of sending bulk messages to contact list: Whatsapp, Telegram, Viber, Wechat, QQ, Line, Tango, imo, Hangouts, Facebook messenger, Beetalk, Skype, Linkedin 4- FILTERING PROCESS: Script automatically check, filter and save which phone number in CONTACT LIST having these SENDING SERVICES separately vs. sending services. These new databases are saved for future usage. In this process, if phone number include (have) the service, then must send an API request and get user profile information of contact list. In each services, the user profile information accessible with web API is different (First Name, Last Name, Name, User ID, profile picture, status, gender, geo location, email, address, last seem, …). These profile information must save and client can use them as variable in text. For filtered (checked files) & saved contact list, checking again is optional. The total filtering rate is around 10 million phone numbers/day or more (totally) 5- SENDER PHONE NUMBERS: There are two group sender phone numbers: • Private phone numbers for each client. Each client can able to add his sender phone numbers to sender list. • Common phone numbers for all client. The timing of sending depends to submit time and approved with admin. Free virtual phone numbers generator are optional. Sending phone number is around 1 million (Totally). For each sender phone numbers, client can use picture profile, name and … according to SENDING SERVICE. 6- Bulk Sending Methods: Some SENDING SERVICES accept sending to one contact or group or channel. Client can select like to send one to one, or one to group or one to channel. In these case script at first generate a group or channel then send to it. The methods of sending must not detect as spam by SENDING SERVICES. Sending per phone number in each day must adjustable. Anti-spam detection is necessary for each SENDING SERVICES. 7- ADVERTISING CONTENT: each client can write his advertising messages include text and pictures or stickers, links and contact user profile variables. For example: Dear [user_ID] 8- REPORTS: Reports include fail sender phone numbers, messages sending, messages delivered, and messages seen.
