I need a quote on how much it would cost for a website similar to;

to be designed and developed. Project would consist only of design and development, all work needed afterwards would be done by myself.
Just to clarify, the site is a PPC search engine. I would need the site to be compatible with a variety of ppc companies as there is a possibilty that I would be switching between them.
Also, if you respond to this listing without addressing it (ie, posting past work without taking time to make an intelligent response that addresses the work I need done) your bid will be ignored.
