Developer needed for WordPress Real Estate Website Page utiltizing IDXBroker API

Please see this Google Doc for a formatted specification, also copied in plain-text below: [login to view URL] Living Room Real Estate ADUs Page Specifications Introduction Living Room Real Estate is a WordPress-drive real estate website built off a template provided by [login to view URL] and AgentEvolution.com. It displays IDX data for the [login to view URL] MLS feed. The template is called “Curb Appeal”. Living Room Real Estate wishes to display a page of listings that meet certain criteria into one result set. High-Level Requirements Background The page will combine 26 individual search queries into one result set. The queries are all the same format as below: [Zoning]+Min[Lot Size] Each query is for one Zoning and Min Lot Size combination. The page should combine the query combinations into one result set, so that the user can view all properties that match any of the criteria. The end result of the page should display listings that meet any of the query combinations, for example: =([Zoning1]+Min[LotSize1]) OR ([Zoning2]+Min[LotSize2]) OR([Zoning3]+Min[LotSize3])... While IDXBroker supports the single queries, they do not support the OR operator that would produce a unified set of results. We have been directed by IDXBroker to use the IDXBroker API to call the saved links for each individual query, combine the results, and build a page to display those combined results. Living Room Real Estate will create the saved links necessary to return the results for each individual query. API Usage As directed by IDXBroker, Living Room Real Estate and the developer should use the IDXBroker API to call the saved links for each individual query and build a page to display those results. An example of that API call is below, where {2585} is the saved link ID. There will be 26 individual API calls, one for each saved link. Example API Call: [login to view URL]{2585}/results Example Result Response: [login to view URL] The API has a limit of 250 calls per day, per key. With 26 individual queries, we can safely execute the API calls 8 times a day, or every 3 hours, without exceeding the limit. The result response for each API call returns all listing information and is ~1.5mb in size for each response. Page Design We wish to display the results in a view similar to the image below: The results should display the primary photo, the address, and the price. The page may be paginated as necessary. If possible, we would like to be able to search, sort and filter the result set by the below fields. We may wish to add more fields in the future.
