We are looking to build a marketplace where people can order personalised custom videos from their favourite social media/celebrities/athletes/experts. We would like a developer who can create web and fully mobile responsive platforms. For example you can look at [login to view URL] but we will provide our own Company graphic elements (logos, fonts, etc). Here are the specifications: - The site will need a gateway payment processor (ideally Stripe). There is no need to pay the artist directly through the platform. - The artist should be able to upload the video directly to the platform. - You will need to develop 2 layers of moderation - here are the details: Moderation 1: To approve the brief Once a user completes the ‘Request Video’ form for a celebrity (where they provide their personal details, specific request brief for the artist, and makes the payment) they will receive a ‘Confirmation of Request’ via email informing the user that we have received a video request. We will moderate it to either approve or deny the request. If we deny the request, we will need to be able to refund the user. If we approve the request, the artist gets notified of the request to which the artist then produces the video and uploads it onto their dashboard. Moderation 2: To approve the video We will need to check that the video is consistent with the brief which the user has requested from the artist (for instance, if a user asks Lady Gaga to wish her sister a Happy Birthday - we will check that Lady Gaga has done so in her video). Next, if we approve the video the client gets notified via email containing a URL link to that video. I have compiled all the screenshots of the UI in the web and mobile version for you to follow exactly, which I will give you access when we get started.
