Design brand, logo, marketing presentation and website for new fintech business

We require the design of a logo and associated brand identity to feed seamlessly into a well designed marketing presentation (this is crucial - we need a solid presentation to be able to send to prospective investors), followed by the related development of a website. We have begun to assemble the 'story' for our presentation and have a large number of slides with an idea of what we want to show. We lack the creative ability to really make this presentation pack look polished and slick though and need to link the look and feel with the website (also to be designed). The logo and brand identity is crucial here; we are essentially a consumer facing brand bringing a sophisticated financial product to a wider audience. I am looking for someone that 'gets' what we are doing; the market we are going after and the 'tone' we are trying to use. I do not mind if you do not have web development skills - I am looking for an expert in brand, logo design and helping create, for example, a powerpoint template with a relevant colour palette. I attach an overview of what we are trying to achieve. Bidders must be English speaking, preferably London based as I'd like to meet you in person if possible to really discuss what we need doing.
