Create Ecommerce Site for Sunglasses (Leveraging Reseller, Dropshipping, Referral Networks)

Looking for someone who has created an ecommerce website focusing on a specific topic (in this case Blue Light Sunglasses), which leverages reseller programs or referral networks. Must be able to optimize site for strong search engine results. I own domain [login to view URL] I don't have products or reseller accounts yet. I'm looking for someone who can build a website that pulls products from other sites and/or reseller programs and I can sell through the site and earn revenues.
