It doesn't have to be exactly like this but you'll understand the point with the presentation link.

The Basis of the design is for Blue Prints to be viewed and then there are areas on the Blue Prints to select to make the 3D animated video to pop up. There are other features involved as well. Below is the Description of the process for users.

We are Proud To Present, The First Ever Animated Set Of Construction Documents, Detailing Every and All Portions of The Project.

NICA is based around conventional drawing standards of construction drawings. These drawings are completely 3D animated and substitutes the standard set of construction drawings while at the same time supplying even more information on the particular project. Using an interactive interface, all users will be able to browse and view the project and all associated information. All items, site plans, details, notes and more are completed and rendered in 3D animation, giving the user more information and a direct location of where to find any one particular item or view. By using the built in table of contents, designers are able to quickly guide the user to what they would like to see and or review.

Using our digital Sign & Seal operation, we are currently working these drawings into the hands of Municipalities for approval of the construction drawings submission. In efforts to reduce review time, enforce standards, monitor procedures, and assessment of safety issues.
