Template Redesign XHTML

I'm looking for a talented designer to convert our outdated oscommerce template into a fresh new well designed XHTML CSS Template that will be deployed on Zencart.

Please give examples of previous work, and whether you would be able to deploy the redesigned template into Zencart. A sliced dreamweaver template is sufficient, but if you are able to deploy it on Zen, it's a plus.

Please no newbies, this site currently gets 2000 unique visitors a day, and will need to be top notch.
