Alight.
I a few small, simple webpages designed. We call them 'splash pages'. These pages should:
-focus on the logo
-focus on the name ([url removed, login to view])
-load in around 5 seconds on a average connection
-load in one page (if you take a 15' monitor and give yourself around a 3inch buffer zone, you should be ok)
-be sharp
-be professional
-be unique

Here are some competitor examples to get an idea of what i'm looking for. (DO NOT copy them...they are for examples only)
-these ones are very sharp, professional, and to the point

here are a couple of the ones we have for our site now.
-not only are they out of date because we got a redesign, but this one, as you can see, is way to similar to our competition

-this one is decent, but the look of it isn't 'stylish' enough

-this one is very original but you don't need to make yours this fancy

Include the slogan: "Where you're in Control of Traffic"
Include a nice graphic - professional
Include 3 or 4 points:

-YOU control how much traffic you recieve!
Include a button: "Click here to join now!"
-make sure you use the color scheme of the new design

based on the examples above and our design I would like you to create your own and I will
work together with you on it as well.
This one should have our main page menu like this page:

Please use the message board to show me the first mockup before being selected.
You will be chosen on price and quality of the first work. I am looking between $10 - $20 per page.
