144093 PSD to good/clean CSS - 2 pgs

Hi, I'm looking for someone who will do a great job and take ownership of this project. I just need the 2 page designs I've attached coded into clean CSS. Here's a quick mock up of the homepage (obviously a bad one). [login to view URL] HOMEPAGE the page is modeled similarly to [login to view URL] there are a few sections to the homepage: request a quote, ethiopian tours, testimonials, all african tours, international fares, newsletter signup. for each section, the image and text will be links rolling over the image or text in a section will make the text get underlined as in [login to view URL] text for homepage: all text should be system text (not an image), except for the section headings, which will be images of course. the navigation bar links should be system text as well. SUBPAGE the pages will need to expand downward if the text area has a lot of text, so a repeating image will be necessary on the sides, just take a straight portion of the side images and repeat them. please just note all the nuances of the design (there may be a few i didn't mention that aren't apparent at first glance) and do a job you can be proud of.
