Internet Research to help with Moving to Other Countries with my Girlfriend

I'm a U.S. citizen with an Iranian girlfriend. The travel ban imposed by the current US president doesn't allow her to marry me and join me in the USA. I am therefore considering moving to other countries. I need help in doing web research to find information about how I can move to different countries, marry and take my girlfriend with me. The tasks that need to be done are (1) Seeing what countries would be good options for us (2) Immigration, Visa, job and spouse related requirements for those countries (3) Job prospects in those countries. Different factors need to be considered such as language spoken in that country (English should be one of them), safety and crime, expenses for living, job hunting prospects and so on. The move can be temporary for a few years or permanent. All research information needs to be taken from reliable websites and it can be supplemented by other kinds of less-reliable sources such as forums or blogs. When possible, multiple sources should be provided for every important piece of information. I have some more detailed questions that need to be answered and I'll tell those after the job is accepted. I need you to work at a fast pace. For example all information about a specific country should be able to be done in 6 to 8+ hours of billed time. We will explore all possible countries.
