Looking for Link Exchange Partners

I need someone to find and email funny and humor related websites and ask them to exchange links with my websites. I am looking to exchange links with websites that can atleast send me 10 unique visitors per day.

My website [url removed, login to view] receives upto 5,000 unique visitors per day.

The link exchange program is reset to zero every day. The more traffic they send, the higher they will be on the list. This list will be reset every day so everyone has a chance to get listed towards the top depending on the traffic they send.

This is the sample email that i usually send to humor related sites...you can use whatever technique that works the best for you.
