I need a virtual office assistant to do the following tasks on an ongoing basis: Answer phone calls - I will have you answer my calls and perform simple tasks and answer basic questions. Whatever you can't answer you'll forward them to my phone or take a message and send it to me. Reply to emails - I want you to screen my emails and handle certain emails, and forward the rest to me. Schedule instructors - I have a company that teaches classes and want you to call my instructors every month and find out their availability to teach. Create calendar events - Once you find out an instructor's availability, I want you to create a calendar event on my website so people can sign up to take the class. Knowledge of Wordpress, Event Espresso, and Asana are a plus, but I can train you to do all these things. A native English speaker is a must. I am looking for a fixed rate that includes all these services and 75min of live call answering time.

Hi there - Answer phone calls - Not a problem, super easy for me and I have a wonderful voice. Reply to emails - Yes again super easy for me and I'm efficient. Schedule instructors - I hope it doesn't have to be phone calls I hope it can be emails, IM and the sort. Sometimes it's easier to get folks in other ways. But I'm willing to try just using the phone starting out. Create calendar events - Yes not a problem, I do this all of the time. What do you use? Google Calendar, yahoo? Knowledge of Wordpress, Event Espresso, and Asana - yes got all of these too! I am well qualified to do the tasks above and I hope that you will select me and we can get started right away. I have been a personal secretary of my late father who was a church leader, did a lot of assisting to many leaders in our church and our church school while I was in college. I have experience of being a personal assistant of a college president. I'm new to this website so I don't have much experience to offer through here. But I can offer you a quality and efficient job. My current employment of seven years is a proof that I'm capable of doing things efficiently as an admin whiz. I'm not very familiar with the other programs you're using but I can learn and I'm a quick learner, too, when it comes to using computer programs. I don't know yet how I can go about with phone connections for US numbers, maybe skype of viber will do. But if you will hire me, I'll explore all possibilities I can to be able to work with you in the most cost-efficient way.
