Making video content showcased on a Squarespace website seamless and best quality (pulling from YouTube or original MP$ file)

I created a website for a new business ([login to view URL]). On the Home page, the videos have been linked to the YouTube channel URLs and run when you open the page. BUT there is a delay for them to start and the quality isn't as good as the original video on YouTube. I have tried embedding the files in Squarespace (under 1 minute in length and under 500 MB) but they still start slow and are bad quality (until they seem to warm up after a few seconds). Is it possible to default to the best setting on YouTube so we have quick and quality videos on our site or am I asking the impossible?
