Video Editing for Promotional Video

Hello, I have a product that I am trying to sell online. I have raw footage of the video shot, I want to make a video with 1. Text - 130 words(approx) 2. Voice Over 130 words (Not lip sink) 3. Background Music.' 4. 1 Minute Max I am selling 100 products only, so my budget is not very high, if this video works well then we will re shoot and make another video. If you can be innovative and come up with your own sequence that will be great, otherwise I can provide seconds instruction. I am also looking to make second video from the same raw footage, if I like your work, we can work together. Looking to finish this at the earliest. My budget is Rs. 3000/- max.
