Need translation Cantonese and mandarin to English

My name is Brett and my wife is Rosie. She is Chinese and I am American. We are both extremely fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English. We can read and translate documents using traditional chinese chracters as well, but we cannot understand spoken Cantonese.
