Need ongoing German translation help

We are working on some training materials for English/German training. This is for an on-line application. We need an experienced, professional translator from English->German and German->English. We want to ensure consistency throughout the app - so no "teams" of translators or companies need apply. I'm only interested in individuals.
For important things, I can't trust the online translators and electronic translation tools. I would like to find a good, reliable person for ongoing work. The most important thing for me is attention to detail and accuracy. I want that you will ask me a question and get a clarification from me instead of making a GUESS about what I meant. Its ALSO critical that I have COMPLETE trust and confidentiality, therefore I prefer to use a person repeatedly that I know and trust, instead of a "service" with a pool of translators.
