I have a 3 mins TikTok video that I would like to be translated to Thai. The video is in Chinese with hard-sub (no script). What I need for the end result is a video with Thai subtitles and dubbed with Thai (one sample voice will do). The budget is 20 AUD, and I need the video to be done within this week.
